- No Access to Voices: Once you block a user, their voices will no longer appear in your feed. Similarly, they will no longer be able to see or access your voices.
- Mutual Invisibility: The blocked user will not be able to access your account, send private voices, or view any of your profile information. The same applies to you, ensuring a complete break between you and the blocked user.
This feature is designed to give you control over your experience on VoicePally, allowing you to curate the type of content and interactions you engage with on the platform.
2. Reporting Harmful or Offensive Content
In addition to blocking, VoicePally offers a reporting feature that enables users to flag content they believe violates our community guidelines. If you encounter audio posts or users that are abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, you can report them. Our reporting process is simple and effective:
- Report Voices: If a specific voice contains offensive, abusive, or harmful material, you can report it for review.
- Report Pallies: You can also report entire user accounts if their behavior consistently violates community standards, including harassment, hate speech, or abuse.
Our moderation team will review all reports, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include content removal, warnings, or account suspension for violating users.
3. Commitment to Free Speech
We recognize that VoicePally is a platform for diverse expression and opinions, and we remain committed to upholding the principles of free speech. However, this does not mean that harmful or abusive content will be tolerated. Our approach balances the protection of free expression with the need to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all users.
